Terms and Condition of Open Space
It is learnt from the Arch. Division that the Layout Plan showing the various Open Areas in Pragati Maidan has been e-mailed to our Web Agency for reflecting the same on the Web-site. In this connection it is suggested that before the same is reflected on the Web-site, the following terms & conditions may specifically be indicated on the top of Layout plans, Terms & Conditions( already available for Shell & Bare space in Halls), Application Form that;

Booking of the Open Space is meant for DISPLAY ONLY and the same is for booking by large Private Sector Companies dealing with the products like Scooters/Motorcycles, Automobiles, Alternate Energy, Environment equipments which are not in the display categories inside the Sectoral Halls.

Presentation like lottery draw, skits etc. which may attract crowd will not be allowed. The applicants need to write what they propose to do at the locagtion.

The minimum bookable space in the Open Area is 75 sqms and construction for only office space is allowed. The design/drawing of stand/stall needs to be approved by ITPO Architecture Unit before taking possession of the space.

The space rentals are Rs.5500/- per sq. mtr. and the space is available under BARE SPACE SCHEME only.

The Terms & Conditions which are already available on the Web-site and are applicable to all the participants in IITF’2011 will also be applicable to all the participants books space in OPEN DISPLAY AREA.
