Fair Services-II Division GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SPONSORSHIP FOR IITF’2011
1. The Sponsorer should have prior expertise in handlingBanking/Publicity/Cellular related jobs.
2. The sponsorer need to give the photocopy of PAN (individual or company).
3. The Sponsorer shall be deemed to have satisfied himself as to the nature of the work, other facilities, the cost of access to the place of work and all other matters effecting the execution and completion of the work. No extra charges consequent of misunderstanding or otherwise will not be deducted. The charges on account of levies if any, imposed by the Government of India would be paid by the sponsors only.
4. The sponsorer shall indemnify ITPO against any damage, claim arising out of the non-compliance of the aforesaid laws and regulations, or any other claim of 3rd party against ITPO with regard to sponsorships once awarded.
5. The scope of work does not include restoration of damage due to vandalism, natural calamities like earthquakes, floods, storm and any other acts of nature beyond the control of the sponsorer but includes damages due to operation, running, maintenance of assets provided/executed.
6. The sponsorer has to quote one combined rate. The list provided is only indicative. The sponsorer would quote for one item given in list. No part quote is allowed. The price quoted by the sponsorer is for all items given in the list.
7. No material will be taken over by ITPO after the Fair. The sponsorer has to mount and dismantle the hoardings kept on behalf of his clients for the duration of the fair.
8. The cost does not include the following.
i)The consumption charges of electricity and water during the period of the fair to be borne by the sponsorer.
ii)The installation charges for electricity and water connection, if any, will be extra.
9.. The bids should be given in two sealed covers, clearly specifying Technical and Financial Bid. If the Technical Bid is qualified then only the financial bid of that company can be opened.
10. A duly constituted committee would evaluate the Technical Bids and those found to be qualified bids will go for next process i.e.Financial bid.
11. The minimum reserve price of sponsorship is as shown against each category/item and the sponsosrer is required to quote higher than the minimum price.
12. The successful Sponsorer/Bidder would pay the total amount by way of Demand Draft in the name of ITPO payable at New Delhi within 10 days on acceptance letter.
13. Service Tax as applicable from time to time will be extra and borne by the Sponsorer.
14. In addition to service tax, 5% refundable security is also payable .
INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR AVAILING HUGE PUBLICITY POSSIBILITIES THROUGH SPONSORSHIP/PARTNERSHIP DURING IITF’2011.
The interested individuals/companies wishing to undertake the sponsorship/partnership for IITF’2011 may forward their willingness with requisite amount in the form of Demand Draft favouring India ‘Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi to Shri Radhey Shyam, Manager, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on first come first served basis.
The terms and conditions can also be collected personally from Mr. Suresh Kumar, Deputy Manager, Fairs Services-II Division, ITPO.
