GUIDELINES FOR SPACE ALLOCATION IN IITF 2011
1. ADVANCE BOOKING AMOUNT FOR DOMESTIC COMPANIES:-
Domestic private sector individual participants can book the space by personal contact for more than 80 sq. mtrs. requirement and by on-line filling up the application. If space requirement is less than 80 sq. mtrs. and making advance payment as follows:-

150 to 300 sq. mtrs. |

The full payment has to be made for getting allotment for such locations. ITPO reserves the right to modify the stalls of 80 sq. mtr and above.
2. PROCESSING OF APPLICATION FOR DOMESTIC COMPANIES WITH LESS THAN 80 SQ. MTRS. SPACE REQUIREMENT.
The processing of the application would be computerised where the criteria to allocate a particular location would include the turnover of the company, size of area booked and loyalty. The various steps for getting a location from amongst the layout of booths uploaded on the Website in a hall relevant to the product category of a company would be as follows:-
a) Read carefully the instructions where different categories of products are listed for display in specific halls
b) Open the application meant for domestic participants
c) Look for the hall in which your product category falls.
