New / Young / Start-up entrepreneurs can book the stalls in IITF with 50% discounted rates, subject to meeting the conditions stipulated by ITPO. This is not applicable for family business. School Children are allowed entry including the business days i.e. from 14th November, 2015 onwards with the normal tariff applicable on the General days/ Holidays.

The new initiatives for IITF’2015:

  1. Online booking of tickets for business days ie. Nov. 14 – 18, 2015.
  2. Introduction of 3 circular bus services with free entry inside Pragati Maidan with the colour codes green, red and violet. This facilitates visitor movement from one corner to another corner in Pragati Maidan. Front rows are reserved for Senior Citizen, Handicapped and Women with Children.
  3. Virtual Trade Fair Portal: A new Virtual Trade Fair Portal has been setup by ITPO (http://virtualtradeportal.com), developed by NCTI for the benefit of exhibitors of IITF, as a paid optional service, for which NCTI has made arrangements for Video Shoot of interested participants. Videos uploaded on this portal will be online for 365 days
  4. Introduction of pre-paid taxi services at Gate No. 2 and Gate No.8 to be operated by Delhi Traffic Police / Private taxi operators.
  5. Introduction of online request system for VIPs entry through Protocol, where the eligible visitors can book the Protocol services well in advance.
  6. Introduction of free sanitary napkin vending points at women toilets for the needy persons.
  7. Additional toilet points have been introduced in Pragati Maidan to facilitate the visitors at Gate No.10 (behind fire building)
  8. Free entry for Senior citizens and handicapped persons from  all the gates through their ID/age proof.
  9. 6 LED screens available inside the Pragati Maidan Grounds on very competitive rates for wide publicity for exhibitors to publicize their products through.
  10. ITPO will be dedicating itself to Swachh Bharat Mission, Digital India, etc. Introducing a seperate award category for best State Pavilion dedicated to Swachh Bharat initiative within their state pavilion.
  11. This year the theme in IITF is “Make in India” is to publicize their infrastructure of every State and the capabilities of Indian exhibitors to attract investments through this event. 
  12. ITPO to install 50 KVA solar energy panel on the roof of Administrative Block (Gate No.3) to enter into green revolution. 
  13. ITPO has increased the Hop on Hop off Free Bus services around Pragati Maidan which will even out the crowd in all gates. The entry tickets for IITF 2015 are sold in the bus.
